CONGRATULATIONS

You now know more about this problem than 99% of technical society, making you an EXPERT. First, if you're mad, put it down and walk around the block. Continued troubleshooting while angry usually leads to further damage.

Once you're (reasonably) mellow, regain The Attitude. The main thing to do is ask "how can I narrow it down just one more time". It doesn't take too many times before you've nailed it, especially on a reproducible problem. Kick back and read my FAQ entitled The Universal Troubleshooting Process.
